We are not responsible for any errors reported here, we post what
people send us. We are also not responsible for rewards that are
listed here for the return of other people's animals, all such matters
should be taken up with the people providing the reward. This page
was created as a service to people who have lost a beloved pet.
We do not charge for listing a lost/found pet on this page.

My dog, Savannah, has been missing since Wednesday, September 12. She was lost and last seen in the Indian Valley area right on the creek near Horse Ridge Road. She is white Lhasa Apso with brown eyes and a pink and black nose. She is very friendly with a curled tail that wags almost all the time! She is small and weighs about about 16 pounds. Her tail has a lump on it. She is normally long haired, BUT HAD JUST BEEN SHAVED! I had not put her collar back on from the hair cut, so she may have appeared to be a stray. Her skin is a pink tone and is very sensitive. She will answer to Savannah, Vanner, or Vanna. Savannah is like a child to me and she is greatly missed by her family including her only son, Tanner! We are all lost without Savannah in our lives, and little Tan especially misses his Mommy! Please keep her safe, give her love, and return her. I am offering a reward to anyone who returns Savannah. My name is Carl, and I think my dog may have been dog-napped. She is a
Siberian Husky, about three years old. She is deaf, and is on medication.
She has never wandered away from home for more than a few hours. She is a
loving dog, and likes to have her ears rubbed. She went missing on April the 29th. We would really like to have her

Ranging from the past 5 months until 2 weeks ago, I have 4 cats missing. I live on Booker Branch Road in Snowville. Here is a description of all:
1. Solid gray, long haired cat. About one year old. Very friendly and laid back. Female.

White/grayish cat with gray markings, blue eyes. Looks Burmese. Male. Not neutered. Young but large cat. Very skiddish.
3. Neutered dark gray male. White markings. About 3 years old. Knick in his ear from fighting. Very friendly.

Lost - from Smith Creek Rd in Christiansburg, female white/cream Shih-tzu. Small about 10 pounds. Dog has been missing for about 2 weeks. She has been taken before, and was returned. Very friendly and will go to anyone. Owner is ill with cancer and tries to keep her on a leash, but she has gotten loose a few times, and will go up the driveway. Lost in Foxridge on November 28th. Male orange tabby cat. He is 6 months old and was not wearing a collar. He has not yet been neutered. All of his paws are white and his hind legs are white almost all the way up. His tummy, chest, and parts of his face are also white. He has chestnut colored eyes. If you have taken him into your home he is probably using the litter box strangely as I was in the middle of potty training him. The picture I have posted is 4 months old so it is only to give you a general idea. I don't have a recent close up photo.

I have been on a constant search for my stolen pug for the last 2 years. While I was in Christiansburg, VA someone stole my black pug off my porch across the street from Target. His name is Ollie, and he is microchipped. He is pure black except for a white patch on his chest. He was my pride and constant Joy and I have grieved continually ever since. I cannot even have the closure that maybe he died, or is he in a loving home. I do not think I can ever stop looking for him. 15 year old Bichon lost Wednesday Nov 7th, in the Givens Lane/North Main/Wildflower Lane area of Blacksburg. Her name is Annabel and she has white short hair (she was recently groomed so she doesn’t have typical long, fluffy bichon hair), black eyes, and a tail that curls over her back. The area around her right hip was recently treated for a sore and has been shaved to the skin to allow it to heal. She is blind in both eyes. She is very old and debilitated by her blindness. I let my cat outside Wednesday morning (August 22 - Wayside Dr in Christiansburg.) and she hasn't returned. She is a grey cat with faint stripes and has white feet. Her name is Baby. Three of our happy menagerie of five have not been seen since 4-13-07. My cat Furby has been missing from our house since right before Thanksgiving 2007. She is an adult female cat with long brown, orange, black, and white fur. She's very sweet and affectionate but usually skittish around strangers. She was last seen in our yard at our home on Stephen Drive in Highland Park in Dublin.
Our other cat Munchkin, which is a brown/black/white female tabby disappeared 2 days after Furby. She was one to stay closer to the house and didn't often venture off. She is a sweet and loving girl but a bit more standoffish with strangers and strange dogs

Missing Poodle from Third street in Radford since 12-26-07. He is white with some apricot. His eyes are dark and looks almost like he has on eye liner. He is a toy poodle and weighs about 9 lbs. He was in need of a hair cut and looks kinda shaggy but pretty much like the picture. Answers to the name Taz. Taz was taken in September and dropped off in Pulaski county. The guy that took him is facing jail time and I am afraid he has taken him again. He was wearing a blue collar with his tags. Lost dog named Wraith. He is a7 mths old Redtick, hound dog mix. He is almost all white with light brown eyes, brown around one eye, and a brown spot on his back. He is un-neutered, and has a distinctive scar on his neck, eye-ear area where his mother attacked him when he was a baby. He disappeared on Sat. May 5th, around 10pm. It sounds like this dog has been wandering around the Carroll Drive / Primrose Drive area in Blacksburg. He is medium-size, roughly 35 pounds, and roughly 18” high. He knows how to sit, lay down and shake paws. He is un-neutered. He is old enough to lift his leg when peeing, but does appear to be relatively young—maybe 1-3 years. He was not wearing a collar. A pitmix was found on Rt 114 by a lady who thought is was our lost Chance that has been missing since November, it turned not to be. A family member of mine went to pick him up. And the dog, who fit the description of mine to a T is not ours. If anyone has inquired about him please contact us. He was found with a blue/red/yellow and black collar seems to be just a pup. Found black and white cat Saturday night January 12, 2008. VERY big
girl--17 pound female. She was trying to follow us into my friend's townhouse in Haymarket Square in Blacksburg. She was very cold and scabby and not wearing a collar. We took her to the vet to look for a microchip but none was found. We are currently treating her for fleas. I found a female dog on my way to class at Virginia Tech Monday morning on West Campus Drive in the middle of the road. She had just come across main street and was almost hit by several cars. She has longer golden hair (maybe a Chow/ Golden Retriever mix), maybe 40 pounds, and is probably a puppy. She is very sweet, and we have been taking good care of her. Contact: cpace05@vt.edu. For at least a month or more, we have seen a beautiful long hair cat sneaking
some food from our two outdoor cats on Watson Lane, just off Tom’s Creek
Road in Blacksburg. See photo above. He/she(?) looks too well-groomed to be
a feral cat. May belong to someone. Very friendly cat, allows us to pet him/her,
and meows for food which we provide and we want to get him reunited with his family before the cold winter is here.

This young gray female cat showed up at my house on July 4th. She is very friendly, sweet and loving. I have provided a bed, food and water on the porch for her every day. I already have two other cats that are terrified of this cat being there. My male cat won't leave the house and my female hides every time I open the door. I don't really want to disrupt our cats lives by adding another one. My cats are neutered and spayed.

Found 2 dogs near intersection of Bethleham and Green Level Road in Boones Mill, Franklin County VA. Both reddish brown. Small dogs. Young. One male and one female. Obviously traveling together. Male has a blue collar and female has a pink collar with hearts. Both very skinny. Raw pads of feet as if they have been traveling a distance. Both well mannered and good with kids. Are potty trained and know how to sit. Unfortunately, we can't keep them at home because we already have 3 dogs. Male chihuahua or chihuahua cross in
the middle of the road at Vesta Supply store located in
Patrick County. He weighs 2.6lbs, has a stubby tail, and is an adult. He was scared and freezing. I took him home
and he sat by the fire for hours. He is housebroken, has
not been altered, has a collar on him but no tags. I can only keep him till monday. After that he will
have to go to my local shelter. Please help find his owner. He is depressed, not eating. I found him at 8:45a.m. on November 15. The workers at the store said that he was
there when they opened at 6:00. He came right up to me and

My husband found this brown and white male Mtn. Feist dog wandering between the gas station at the I-77 Bastian exit and the Bland Medical Clinic on Friday, October 5, 2007. No one had seen him around there before. He brought him home to Grayson County and we put up flyers at the clinic and at the 3 gas stations at that exit, as well as on stop signs. The dog is wearing a leather collar, a flea collar. He is an affectionate, intelligent little dog who seems quite at home sleeping on the sofa or in a chair and snuggling, and I'm sure that his family is heartbroken over losing him.
